Digitally Remastered Edition: Taryn

Well, this image I did when I was 15 (or possibly 14) and I find it hilarious. It was supposed to be a self portrait representing how we are on the inside, project ourselves and how other people see ourselves. I won't explain it further because of all the retarded interpretations, but I will just point out three things:

1. She's actually upside down, the sand at the top is the Earth!

2. I used real sand that I stole from the school's long jump... thing.

3. The beavers that look like squirrels. Note the one on the swing, it says, "ANNOYING PEOPLE".

For the revision, I decided that being upside down, using real sand and being eaten by beavers was way too much.

Fantasy Geek Week: Elizabeth

For this piece, I went back in time and asked my thirteen year old self what she wanted to draw.

Fantasy Geek Week - Amanda

My post finished off last week's theme, so I am pleased that I'm also kicking off this week's theme posts. Fantasy Geek Week!

Fun fact: this was done entirely while listening to musicals. You are super jealous.

Tea Party Week: Elizabeth

Day 12: I am adapting to life in the antarctic very well, but still miss the comforts of home. Mr. and Mrs. Worthington were very polite about it, but I fear our tea party was a bust.

Tea Party Week: Amanda

Sweet, I'm totally first poster for the Tea Party theme.

Nothing much here, y'know, same old same old. Who hasn't had a radioactive tea party wearing gas masks during the apocalypse?

Speaking of old, though, this is actually a re-make of an old drawing of mine (http://agreatadventure.deviantart.com/gallery/#/dw9tew). I had an art block prior to this, so I figured a re-make might get me on the right track.
